Call for Papers
We now accept paper and panel proposals for SEAA 5. Please download the word file ' paper/panel proposal ', fill it in, and send it to the addresses provided in the file. We can only accept electronic submission.
If you need a letter of receipt/acceptance for your paper/panel proposal for the purpose of applying for grants, etc. please contact us to seaa5@scs.kyushu-u.ac.jp

Membership Fee
Those who would like to take part in the Conference (by giving a paper, organizing a session, or being a discussant or session chair) have to be a member of SEAA. We are negotiating with a conference support company allowing to make credit card payments. Payments shall be made in Japanese Yen, and a date will be set for the calculation of exchange rates for the fixed membership fee (100 U.S. Dollars for regular, 60 U.S. Dollars for concessionary: for detail, see http://www.seaa-web.org/sea-sub.htm).
Those who have already made a partial membership fee payment shall make a full payment again, for which a refund of the excess amount will be made at the conference.
Conference fee
Conference fee will include:
- Conference pack
- Lunch tickets
- Refreshments and sweets provided during the breaks
- Welcome reception, and
- Farewell reception.
We are negotiating with a conference support company facilitating us with credit card payment facilities.
